The "Shabu Shabu Course 7,150 yen (tax included)" features Agu pork paiton and sweet-ripe island pork,
This is a very satisfying course featuring Okinawa's pride, agu pork and sweet-ripe island pork shabu-shabu, as well as a variety of Okinawan specialties.
Perfect for any occasion, including business entertainment, banquets, and gatherings with friends.
First, three kinds of appetizers were served with Okinawa's local delicacies, followed by "Amakusa Beef Seared Nigiri", a melt-in-your-mouth delicacy!
And for the main course, please enjoy "Agu Pork Paiton & Sweet-ripe Island Pork Shabu-Shabu Shabu".
For the final dish, you can choose between Okinawan soba or zosui (rice porridge).
Both are delicious and warming.
