At our restaurant, you can enjoy horse sashimi from "Senko Farm" in Kumamoto Prefecture.
This is a special kind of horse meat that is slowly fattened on nutrient-rich grass, famous water, and carefully selected homemade feed at our own farm in Aso, Kumamoto, which covers an area of about 900,000 tsubo (about 1.5 acres).
The company boasts one of the freshest meat production lines in Japan because of its integrated and thoroughly controlled raw meat production line from breeding to butchering.
We hope you will try our horse sashimi, which offers the original flavor of the meat.
